By placing too much energy into what everyone else thinks, you’ll really limit your own personal growth and happiness. You need to seriously let that go and officially say goodbye to giving a damn about what everyone else thinks. You honestly, think if Oprah or the late Steve Jobs allow

I’m sharing with you 3 ways that I’ve learned to let things go and stay positive/unapologetically myself.

  1. Remember that people’s disapproval towards you is often a deliberation of their own issues and thoughts. People project their own feelings onto others. Think of it this way, if you’re having a bad day, you’re more likely to get into a conflict with someone, is this because they’ve done something bad or because you’re feeling bad about yourself?
  1. Remove the negative sources or people you are worried will react badly to you putting yourself out there. I say this all the time and I say it because it’s true. Yes, it’s hard but you need to start putting yourself first and getting rid of the people who don’t make you feel good.
  2. Find a way of letting peoples opinions go. People are always going to have their opinions and they’re always going to give you them, what you do with them is your choice. Don’t blame someone else for you feeling down and depressed because of an opinion, you need to find a way to take it and let it go.
